Hybrid & Virtual event Production

Just because it’s virtual, doesn’t mean your event has to be boring.

Your next hybrid or virtual event could be anything, from a conference, panel discussion, awards show, fundraiser, or event a happy hour. The events can take anywhere from 20 hours to 100+ to fully plan the event logistics, programming, technology solutions, and post-event strategy. I’m here to support you to make engaging and memorable events no matter the format.

I’ve stage managed 120+ speakers for a virtual conference, produced a virtual escape room experience for a university orientation, live-streamed over 25 hours of content in 12 hours for 1,000+ attendees, executive produced a month-long corporate sales training conference, and moderated breakout discussions.

You can host a stress-free and impactful virtual event or virtual aspect of your hybrid one. Let’s chat more about my best practices or check out my YouTube channel.

WOW!! Logan and her team produced our annual ZGiRLS Gala in April 2021 and they were truly world-class. It’s our biggest fundraiser of the year and I knew I wanted to work with a professional team that would ensure a seamless and enjoyable event for the hundreds of donors joining us from all over the world.

Logan managed and organized all our broadcasting technology and logistics. She helped plan the event run of show, built our custom broadcast webpage, organized all our assets (from visuals to video recordings & live interviews), and she prepared all our guest speakers (who were broadcasting from their homes all over the US).

I’m in awe of her organizational skills and attention to detail. Logan had a backup plan to her backup plan and I felt very prepared and relaxed going into the live event. We will definitely be using Logan and her team for our future events (online or in-person broadcast).
— Jilyne Jarvis, Director, ZGiRLS
Logan was awesome as the subject matter expert and producer for the Washington State Business Fair. The event was a success thanks to her sage advice and leadership!
— Krista Fuller, BizFair 2020 Lead, SCORE Greater Seattle
Logan was simply awesome getting our event organized and crossing all the T’s and dotting all the I’s right thru the event itself... Successful way past what we’d hoped for, she went the extra mile beyond the contracted fee... I cannot recommend her services more highly.

Let me show you how to make hybrid events fun and effective:

  • Choose the right online technology - From all-in-one platforms to live streams on Zoom or your favorite social media channels, there are countless solutions to help you host your next virtual event. I can help you select the platform that best fits your audience and event goals.

  • Expand your marketing strategy - Start your messaging as early as possible that you’re moving your event online. It also is a great time to think about your long-term event strategy, beyond your one-off event.

  • Create an amazing virtual experience - There is more out there than a traditional video conference call. Learn how you can create an engaging online experience with live and on-demand video, streaming partners, and community moderation.

  • Surprise and delight your guests - Surprise entertainment acts or celebrity guests can liven up your event. Consider delivering food to your guests’ houses or sending out a shopping list ahead of your event to have the attendees all dining on the same dish in the comfort of their home.

  • Maximize your event investment - You can reduce your costs on logistics, technology, venue and per person expenses. This allows you to invest your money where they matter most: creating an unforgettable event.

What People I’ve worked with are saying

In a world that had totally changed due to a pandemic, Logan was able to turn our annual brunch fundraiser into a virtual event that brought in the fun, energy and success of our previous events. Dealt with a large group of people planning with care, energy and efficiency.
— Jani Hitchen, Member, South Sound Democrats Fundraiser Committee
Logan’s party was the perfect graduation surprise— thoughtful, celebratory, and beautifully planned. She has a real eye for detail, as well as a natural talent for organizing the arc of a good party. It felt like we were all celebrating in person!
— Danya, Virtual Graduation Party client
Logan was hired to help us with our first time virtual fundraising event for our small non-profit and knocked it out of the park! Could not have been happier with her professional guidance. Our event exceeded our expectations for both the event “experience” AND the amount of money raised. Highly recommend this talented lady!
— Jeanne Archie, Member, South Sound Democrats Fundraiser Committee
100% recommend Logan’s event services!! She was super helpful in planning and brainstorming ideas for a virtual graduation party I recently threw for a friend. She thought of many things that would not have occurred to me- ideas for backdrop décor, different virtual activities, and having a loose timeline, just to name a few. It really made the party flow well and everyone had a great time. Thank you so much Logan!
